At Your Service

I know how much work it takes to not only plan an event but the amount of equipment and time it takes to set it up. Allow me to take out all the guessing work for you and be your one stop shop for everything.

Vendor Coordinating

Allow me to handle the chaos of juggling multiple vendors including the catering, florals, rentals, entertainment, & staffing.

Designing & Shopping

Show me your theme, aesthetic, & color palate and let me do the hard work by running around town, ordering supplies, compiling everything you need, and adding those special extra touches. 

Hands On Service

Truly be a guest at your event with extra staff on hand to take the worry out of yours.  Hire a bartender, server, or multitasker to help take tasks off your hands.

Rentals

Photo Booths: Custom Backdrop, Photo Equipment, Props

Activities: Jumbo Jenga, Jumbo Connect 4, Cornhole, Jumbo Beer Pong, Jumbo Inflatable Bowling, Table Games

Catering Serveware: Platters, Utensils, Plates, Bowls, Cups, Hot/Cold Pans, Hot/Cold Beverage Dispensers, Beverage Buckets, Ice Buckets, Coolers, Bar Tools

Décor: Hurricane Glasses, Risers, Candles, Twinkly Lights

Ambience: Space Heaters, Fans, Speakers, Lighting 

Misc: Tables, Chairs, Canopies, Linens

Flat Fees

My prices are based off two things, what services you choose & how many guests are attending.

Consultation Fee

My fees only include the Planner's Intellectual Property and my own personal equipment. It does not cover the cost of supplies (food & decor), additional vendor costs & equipment deposits. 

Financing Options

There is a $75 consultation fee for your first meeting. Upon choosing a package & extras, 50% of your fee is due. The remainder is due two weeks prior to your event. The initial $75 will go towards your deposit. 

Pay In Full

I offer a $25 discount to those who would like to pay the fee in full at the time of signing.

Incentives & Coupons

Earn event upgrades for your next event, when you tag AliKay Events in your event pictures, leave a review on my services, and refer friends & family (referral incentives, can be redeemed after the referral has booked any service AliKay Events).

Types of Payments

I currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo & Cash.

Short Notice

I require a minimum two week notice on events. A fee may apply if date is tenacious (fee will be quoted at time of signing). Of course, the more time, the more fabulous your event will be.
