For this weekend wedding celebration, AliKay Events was in charge of everything from coordinating with vendors from start to finish, overall design & layout, curated menus, created meticulous timelines, provided event setup & breakdown and created unique special touches and activities for guests.

AliKay worked with the venue & rental company to coordinate tables, chairs & cooling. Coordinated with one of the family members to prepare a beautiful grazing table the couple would love. Curated a par list for the mini bar including glassware per their guest count. Amused guests with foosball, corn hole, jumbo jenga & activities from the couple, including their guest book & marriage advice cards. 

Thanks to AliKay's Designs for bringing to life the couples welcome sign, arch covers with the couples wedding logo, photo collage behind the grazing table, customized grazing cups, honeymoon QR code sign, photo guest book and the marriage advice cards. 

AliKay curated the intimate chair set up for 19, crafted the simple rose aisle markers & placed a hand fan on each chair for the guests. AliKay coordinated with the officiant and worked with the couple on their ceremony, procession & music.

With the help of AliKay Design Co, we created a beautiful reserved sign for the parents of the couples.

AliKay coordinated with the food truck through the whole process and provided the vendor with the couples matching plates and boats.

In the kitchen, AliKay curated a sides menu to compliment the food truck, which included a Caesar salad, Caprese inspired pasta salad,  dinner rolls and cupcake cups for the guests to enjoy.  AliKay Events continued the theme of single white roses and candles and provided rentals for the serve ware.

With the help of AliKay Design Co, we created a beautiful menu signs for the guests, also alerting them to more options in the kitchen.  

The couple thought of it all from a Photo Booth with their name light, a self serve reception bar, a champagne tower and a cigar & whiskey bar, 

AliKay made it happen! AliKay provided the bar shelf, menu holders, signs, risers, bar tools  & drink buckets.

AliKay provided floating pool lights to keep the party going after dark. 

Shout out to AliKay Design Co for the custom koozies, bar napkins, bar menus, shooter labels, photo banners, place names, seating chart & special items for the guests.

A special thanks to AliKay's Sugar High Sweets for their wedding cake & cupcakes cups and to AliKay Design Co for their matching cupcake flavor menu.

AliKay coordinated with the moms of the couple to be their champagne Moms. Each mom was responsible for either Prosecco or Moscato. With a removable tag, AliKay labeled each guests champagne glass to their preference, so the mom's didn't have to ask each guest what they were drinking.  This allowed the bubbles to be passed out quickly, while the couple poured their champagne tower and got ready for their toast. 

AliKay created the overall design and collaborated with the groom on which cigars & whiskey he wanted. AliKay's team provided sphere ice for the gentlemen to enjoy with their whiskey.

AliKay Events created a private area for the vendors to take a minute to eat their dinner and take a moment away from the guests. 

AliKay worked closely with each of these vendors, by vetting them, creating meticulous timelines, connecting them with the Day of Coordinator as an extra point of contact, she worked with their contracts & payments, provided as much information and diagrams of the venue to help their overall knowledge of the property and expectations of the day. 

AliKay's Designs brought together the brides dream of taking care of her vendors. AKDC, created In Sickness & In Health Wedding Recovery Kits. These Included custom sunglasses, mini first aid kits, electrolytes, mini spa kits for after the wedding & more.  AKDC also created individual coolers for each vendor to have plenty of cool water, body armors & red bull.
